New $10 Quilt 2011 - 2012

Click here for the current $10 Quilt. This is the new class that started in September of 2011 and will run to August of 2012. The fabric choices are the Blue/Brown, Batik or Shabby Chic.

The most popular class we have at our shop is our $10 Quilt. When you sign up you pay $10. You must come once a month to class. Each month you will get enough fabric to make a block. You must be on time and stay for 1/2 hour. Also, you have to have your homework (block) from the previous month done. The class runs for one year and at the end you will have 12 - 12 1/2" blocks done! If you happen to miss a class, or you don't have your homework done, you have to pay $10 (plus those dreaded taxes) to get back on track. No big deal! There is also a completion kit made available with each quilt that takes it from a sampler of 12 blocks to a queen or king sized quilt.

Our current class started in September. There are two colour ways this year. We have our Sweet Pea or our Batik. Our next class will start again in September of 2011. Check back to see pictures of it as it gets closer to September.

For our current $10 Quilt members we hope this page of pictures will assist you in making your quilt. We will post the new block each month, along with the corresponding completion kit section. We know that the pictures are not that pretty to look at, they are to help you figure out your fabrics!

Some fabrics have been substituted and may not be the exact fabrics used in the sample.

These pictures are of the previous $10 Quilt from 2010-2011. We will leave these pictures up for some time to assist you in finishing your quilts.
